2. Check whether it has exclusive bandwidth? High-quality AS9929 VPSs are mostly 1Gbps or 100Mbps exclusive bandwidth to avoid shared congestion.
3. Check the performance during the evening peak. It is recommended to get a trial before purchase, or check the network status during the evening peak to ensure that stability is not just "advertising".
