The AS9929, China Unicom VIP International Transit Network, is a high-quality international link operated by China Unicom. The AS9929 routing strategy is optimized, resulting in latency typically between 150-170 milliseconds to major North American cities and 180-200 milliseconds to major European nodes. AS4837, as the foundational route, adopts a best-effort service model, offering high cost-effectiveness. CUVIP adds intelligent optimization features to standard lines, balancing performance and cost. CIA lines offer the highest level of reliability through multipath redundancy and intelligent routing.

In practice, users should select the appropriate line based on their business needs. Latency-sensitive gaming and real-time communication applications are suitable for AS9929 or high-quality CIA lines. Standard enterprise office and web applications can be met with AS4837 or CUVIP. For critical business systems, dual-line redundancy is recommended, with an AS9929 as the primary and CIA line as the backup, ensuring automatic failover in the event of a failure.
