Jtti Notice about blocking email ports
Time : 2024-05-14 17:57:50
Edit : Jtti

  Dear Jtti users:

In order to standardize email sending behavior and prevent users from using our network to send bulk spam or advertising emails, causing IP addresses to be blacklisted by international organizations, our company will completely ban email ports 25, 465, and 587 from May 14, 2024.

Description of the ban situation: Since the export directions of TCP ports 25, 465, and 587 are blocked by default, the function of requesting external sending of letters in the website/program fails. Error messages such as: Failed to connect to the other party's SMTP server, Telnet to the other party's server port is blocked, etc. .

If you need to unblock the email port, please contact our [Technical Support Team]. After confirming the application for unblocking, if it is found that there is still abuse of IP to send spam, the IP address of the server will be permanently blocked. At the same time, the IP address will no longer be changed or added, and no refund will be given; in serious cases, the IP address will be permanently blocked. Hold them accountable.

Thank you again for your understanding and support!
